Eligible Items: Unused, brand-new products in original packaging
How to Request a Return: Email support@terraliving.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product condition. We will respond within 2 business days.

A return label will be emailed to you. The cost of printing the return label is the customer’s responsibility.
Return Shipping Costs:
Product Quality Issue: We cover return shipping and restocking fees; the customer only covers printing the return label.
Other Reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.

Before launching our online store, our factory had already been producing balcony and patio solutions—including outdoor umbrellas, aluminum gazebos, and LED lighting—across 15 production lines since 2017.
