Our Operations and Transparency We believe in complete honesty regarding our business structure to build long-term trust with our customers. Terraliving operates with a global team across three strategic locations to ensure quality and service excellence. Our corporate headquarters and central logistics warehouse are located in Hong Kong, where every product undergoes a rigorous quality inspection before being dispatched. To provide 24/7 technical support and efficient store management, we maintain a dedicated operational office in Shanghai, China. Furthermore, to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience, we operate a local return facility in New South Wales, Australia.
Not a Dropshipping Business Terraliving is not a dropshipping store. We manage our own supply chain, hold our own inventory, and operate our own logistics. By fulfilling orders directly from our Hong Kong warehouse, we eliminate middleman costs and maintain strict control over shipping speed and product integrity.
