Standard Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Terraliving include a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
What the Warranty Covers
• Structural defects caused by normal use
• Manufacturing defects
• Premature failure of materials under proper installation
• Components that fail under intended operating conditions
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by extreme weather, accidents, or acts of nature
• Wear resulting from commercial or rental use
• Cosmetic wear, scratches, or fading due to environmental exposure
• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions
• Impact damage, drops, crushing, or intentional harm
Warranty Process
To make a warranty claim, email support@terraliving.au with:
(1) order number
(2) detailed description
(3) clear photos or videos of the issue
We respond within 2 business days.
Remedies
If the issue is confirmed as a warranty case, we will:
• provide replacement parts where applicable, or
• replace the entire item if a repair is not possible, or
• issue a refund when replacement is not available.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required. Warranty claims without proof may be denied.
Return Packaging Requirement
All warranty returns must include the original packaging. Failure to return original packaging may result in delays, assessment difficulties, or denial of claims.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that returned items are safely packed. Damage caused during return shipping due to inadequate packaging is not covered.
Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that products must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
