Terraliving is a specialized outdoor product brand owned and operated by Hanyu Tech & Media Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. We provide high-quality garden and balcony products directly to the Australian market. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
2. Pricing and Payments
- Currency & Taxes: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are inclusive of GST, international freight, and customs duties. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.
- Payment Gateways: We process payments through Oceanpayment (for credit cards/wallets) and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Afterpay, and other methods as listed on our Payment Policy.
- Authorization: By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
3. Shipping and Fulfillment
- Origin: All orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Fulfillment: We reserve the right to split shipments into multiple parcels to ensure faster delivery or to comply with weight restrictions.
4. Returns and Refunds
Your purchase is protected by our 45-day return policy.
- Local Returns: All authorized returns must be sent to our Australian return center in Kemps Creek, NSW.
- Authorization: You must obtain a Return Authorization via support@terraliving.au before shipping any items back.

5. Accuracy of Product Information
We strive for 100% accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing or inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property rights; (d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (e) for unauthorized reselling or commercial exploitation of our products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanyu Tech & Media Limited shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages arising from your use of any of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, while acknowledging your mandatory statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law for purchases made within Australia.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
