BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, PayPal, Visa Electron.
We also support installment payments through PayPal Pay-in-4, Afterpay, or Klarna (subject to eligibility). No direct credit financing or in-house credit accounts are offered.

Payment Processing
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed. All prices shown include tax and shipping, and no hidden charges will be added at checkout.

Currency
All transactions are processed in AUD. If your card issuer applies currency conversion or international transaction fees, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Fraud Prevention
Orders may be reviewed manually to prevent fraud. High-value orders over AUD 300 require signature on delivery. If tracking shows “delivered” without a valid signature, customers must first contact the carrier and provide required documents.

Billing Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate billing details. If incorrect information causes delivery failure, additional costs for redelivery or correction will be borne by the customer.

Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Any card-issuer fees or currency conversion costs are borne by the customer. Refund processing typically takes up to 7 business days after approval.

Installment Payments
If you use Afterpay, Klarna, or PayPal installment services, your repayment schedule is governed by their individual policies. We do not have access to or control over your installment contract with those providers.

Failure of Payment
Orders with failed or flagged payments may be held or cancelled. You will be notified to update your payment method when applicable.
