Price Transparency Statement

At Terraliving, transparency in pricing is a core principle. We are committed to ensuring that our customers in Australia understand exactly what they are paying for, without hidden fees, surprises, or ambiguous charges. This statement explains how we present, calculate, and communicate all costs associated with your purchase.

1. All-Inclusive Pricing
The price displayed on our website includes:

  • Product cost
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)
  • Standard shipping fees
  • Customs clearance and handling fees

You will never encounter unexpected charges at checkout. The price you see when adding items to your cart and the final amount at checkout is the total price you pay.

2. Shipping Transparency

  • Shipping is free for all orders, including large items and deliveries to remote areas.
  • Estimated delivery within Australia is 7–9 business days from dispatch.
  • Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with a daily cut-off at 6:00 PM (Sydney Time).
  • High-value orders over AUD 300 require signature confirmation. If you authorize a courier to leave the package unattended and it is lost or damaged, Terraliving is not responsible.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fees

  • We provide a 45-day return window for eligible items (unused and in original packaging).
  • For product quality issues, we cover all return shipping and restocking fees.
  • For customer-initiated returns, the customer covers international shipping and restocking fees.
  • Restocking fee is 5% of the product price, waived for quality-related returns.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

4. Payment Methods and Security

  • Acceptable payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron, PayPal, and eligible installment services such as Afterpay, Klarna, and PayPal Pay-in-4.
  • All payments are secured via Shopify’s SSL-protected checkout, with GoDaddy domain protection and PCI-compliant infrastructure.

5. Price Display and Updates

  • All prices are clearly displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Any changes to product prices are applied before checkout. Existing orders are charged at the confirmed price at the time of purchase.
  • Pre-order or out-of-stock items are explicitly marked to avoid confusion.

6. No Hidden Costs

  • Customers are not charged for any additional taxes, customs duties, shipping fees, or service fees beyond what is displayed at checkout.
  • Any optional services, such as expedited shipping (if offered in the future), will be clearly itemized and agreed to by the customer before payment.
